method Buffer.writeInt32BE
Usage in Deno
```typescript import { type Buffer } from "node:node__buffer.d.ts"; ```
Buffer.writeInt32BE(value: number,offset?: number,): number
Writes `value` to `buf` at the specified `offset` as big-endian. The `value` must be a valid signed 32-bit integer. Behavior is undefined when `value` is
anything other than a signed 32-bit integer.
The `value` is interpreted and written as a two's complement signed integer.
```js
import { Buffer } from 'node:buffer';
const buf = Buffer.allocUnsafe(4);
buf.writeInt32BE(0x01020304, 0);
console.log(buf);
// Prints:
```
number
`offset` plus the number of bytes written.
